Hiring Update #1

Hi folks! I started helping startups hire a while ago- most of it was simply looking for people in my network and pushing hiring calls on social media. It stemmed from my own struggles with finding a niche. Where does a history grad with a penchant for poetry even start looking for roles at startups? I realized it’s mostly a combination of finding what I like to do and finding what I am good at. What I discounted, however, was the simple fact that I just didn’t know what was out there. This is a small step in trying to remedy that. Every fortnight, you will have a short list of start-ups and roles landing in your inbox. I cannot take any personal guarantee of what these roles will lead to, of course, so please consider me merely a conduit!

2. Kodo simplifies credit and payments for businesses and they recently raised their seed round! Check out the openings here.

3. My buddies at Devfolio are building something super cool- a proof-of-work platform for devs- and are hiring across roles including community managers partnerships, and social. You can check out the roles here.

4. The State Plate delivers authentic, regional, traditional food from different states right to your doorstep. They are hiring for multiple roles, but especially for Performance Marketing and for an Entrepreneur in Residence. 5. ION Energy is an advanced battery management and intelligence platform. They build technologies that improve the life and performance of lithium-ion batteries that power electric vehicles and energy storage systems.
